Notes:

This didn't work for me with the Rectangle type for SCROLLBARINFO.rcScrollBar. To rectify this I altered this declaration to type RECT using the following standard definition.

public struct RECT
{
    public int left;
    public int top;
    public int right;
    public int bottom;
}

This then worked for me!
